Call it a progressive society or people obsessed with the desire for sex, the world is changing fast to accommodate the interested couples in most liberal a way. A law is passed in California permitting sex in the campus and this has been done by Governor Jerry Brown to heed to the demand raised by University of California Students Association (USCA) besides certain other organisations. The law permits free sex between the consenting partners in the campus itself if theirs is a conscious decision with affirmative consent and that mentally they are a normal couple. Isn’t it that such laws, if practiced by other countries, provide an alternative to otherwise a ghastly act like perpetrating a rape liberalising the same in public places? Back to the age of Adam and Eve, they could have felt more satisfied to know that there is no more any thing like a 'forbidden fruit' and that can now be relished well even quite publicly.

Rigid stipulations in respect of operations on bank accounts having since been relaxed, certain banks like ICICI Bank and State Bank of India are now to permit even the kids to open and operate their bank account(s) in terms of necessary guidelines issued earlier by Reserve Bank of India. • The account holder should be minimum 10 years of age and above.
• The maximum withdrawal limit is not to exceed 50,000 in terms of Indian rupee.
• The kid concerned should be fully conversant on signing so that the signature fully tallies when asked to repeat the signature.
• As account holder kids concerned are equally authorised to operate the ATMs also. The observation made by the authorities concerned in this connection reads as follows:

“We do not expect the child to go to the ATM unaccompanied. But instead of making it a guardian operated account we are leaving it to the parent to guide  the child.”

Disputes on poll alliance between BJP and Shivsena in relation to assembly elections in Maharashtra stand halted now with a consensus emerging between the two on seats sharing. BJP was hell bent on getting nothing less than 130 seats and Shivsena finally relented to it. If the dispute was not sorted out amicably there was every possibility that it could have left a serious impact adversely affecting both the parties, mainly BJP which has continuously been gaining grounds after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of India. After this consensus Shivsena may have to cut seat allocations in respect of other smaller groups in local alliance but they have their own way of tackling such issues and they are quite expected to sort it out too. It is after all a new sign of an added harmony between the both the big parties. All is well that ends well.
