How to start a day?

I was reading Amandeep Kaur, a life coach, in a daily and feel like recording an extract of her writeup that inspired me much. If one feels concerned with his/ her health and wellness, the advice so contained in the extract is worth following and the readers of this blog can take full advantage of it as a matter of awareness and a meaningful pointer in day today life of every one. The extract under reference is reproduced below:

“How we start our day sets the tone for the entire day. When we begin our day with a grateful heart, contemplating the greatness within and around us, its fragrance spreads throughout the day. Taking out some time for ourself, in the first hour, is time well invested. It could be just a few minutes of quiet time, focussing our mind in meditation or being one with nature looking at lush green trees, the blue sky, chirping birds and breathing all in.”

Dry leaves

IMG0072A dry leaves2These are the dry leaves of an old tree that once blossomed to sumptuous greenery forming a pleasant look in the past. Now that its days are over it has to feel contented with the new generation of plants and cluster of greener leaves blossoming in its bottom. Some day they too will grow old with their dry leaves fluttering in the air as a vain attempt to survive till they vanish completely. This very much applies to mankind also.

Pleasures emerging from greeneries

There is hardly any thing more refreshing and inspiring than the rich greeneries. Owning a garden, grooming it with necessary fits and cuts, interacting with the plants with affirmative nods with every breeze touching them soothingly are fully capable of relaxing and energizing the human faculties. See them, watch them and caress them and you draw plenty of pleasure and satisfaction. It's a double pleasure if a person is able to groom  plants and their leaves giving them a finish like ladies do in a beauty saloon. Getting encircled by fluttering leaves blossoming to assume much bigger a shape freshening the whole environment are nothing less than a full bloom divine satiation.

Green is beautiful

Text Link Ads It is to themselves that the leaves are green but this greenness is a great factor playing the role of an object that gives the onlookers a soothingly satisfying touch. One feels relaxed at the very sight of beautiful things, beautiful colours and beautiful surroundings refreshing the human beings and they get relaxed. Quietly and silently, they are capable of generating an altogether a different environment. 'Nothing clears up my spirits like a fine day' said Keats and if the colour, colour like that of green leaves is added to a fine day, life on earth starts blossoming to fullness, charming and interesting.
